Andreas Hamnes is the Innovation Lead at the Norwegian Business Register Center. He was the initiator of multiple Public-Private collaborations within the financial sector to improve service deliveries and infrastructure in the last decade, and focuses on the development and implementation of decentralized solutions (Web 3.0), digital wallets for legal persons and establishing the first Norwegian Goverment Metaverse office. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences. Andreas has received various awards and recognitions, such as the and the Innovation Award from Norway’s Public Innovation Program.
