Jane Thomason is the Chair of the World Metaverse Council and Chief Editor for the first UNEP Frontier Report for West Asia on Digitalisation and the Environment. She developed a course curiculum for the SEE Institute Dubai on Blockchain for Climate Action. Jane holds a bachelors degree of Community Development and a PhD of Philosophy from The University of Queensland. She also holds a masters degree of Public Health from the University of Sydney. Jane was named Thinkers 360 Top 10 Global Thought Leaders and Influencers on Sustainability, HealthTech and Blockchain. She was named one of 8 Metaverse Experts to follow, Top 100 women in Web 3 and metaverse and Top 25 Women in Fintech and Blockchain, MENA.
